Our Current Practice
CloudBasedPOSSystem.com does not currently sell personal information for money.
We don't knowingly provide personal information to unrelated third parties so they can sell it for their own purposes.

For example, some advertising, analytics, tracking or marketing technologies may count as “sharing” under these laws, depending on how they're configured and used.

Your Right to Opt Out
Where applicable privacy law gives you the right, you can ask CloudBasedPOSSystem.com to:

Don't send sensitive information, passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identification documents by email.
We'll only ask for information we need to process your request.
Cookie and Advertising Preferences
Where available, you can also use our Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices tool to control non-essential technologies. Options may include:

- Advertising or marketing cookies
Where the law requires it, we don't activate non-essential advertising technologies without your choice or consent.

Global Privacy Control
CloudBasedPOSSystem.com intends to recognize legally required browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable.
GPC lets compatible browsers and extensions tell websites that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Advertising and Analytics Technologies
CloudBasedPOSSystem.com uses third-party technologies to understand website performance, measure advertising and promote our services. We currently use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We may add other providers, such as:

Being on this list doesn't mean a provider is active on the website. Our Cookie Policy lists the technologies in use, their purposes and retention periods.
If a third-party advertising technology counts as “selling” or “sharing” under applicable law, we'll give eligible users a way to opt out.
Affiliate and Referral Links
CloudBasedPOSSystem.com may join affiliate or referral programs with POS vendors and other business-technology providers.
An affiliate link may contain an identifier showing that a visitor came from CloudBasedPOSSystem.com. Using an affiliate or referral link doesn't mean we sell your personal information to the vendor.
If a referral, advertising or tracking technology we use counts as a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we'll treat it that way and provide any required opt-out rights.
We Do Not Sell Customer POS Data
If you use a CloudBasedPOSSystem.com product or service, information processed through your business account may include operational or transaction-related information.
We don't sell customer POS transaction data, business records, customer databases, inventory records or similar customer-controlled information to third parties for their own marketing.
Our Privacy Policy, contract terms and applicable data-protection requirements govern how we handle customer information.
Authorized Agents
Where the law allows it, you can authorize another person or organization to submit a privacy request for you. We may ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may contact you to confirm you authorized the request where the law permits.
Opting Out Doesn't Stop All Data Processing
An opt-out of sale or sharing doesn't require us to stop all processing of your personal information. We may still process information where needed to:
- Provide requested services
- Maintain website functionality
- Authenticate users
- Maintain security
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Process transactions
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
- Maintain internal business records
- Exercise or defend legal rights
- Perform other activities permitted by applicable law
Strictly necessary technologies may keep running after you opt out of advertising-related processing.
No Discrimination for Exercising Your Rights
Where applicable privacy law prohibits it, CloudBasedPOSSystem.com won't discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Using an opt-out right won't, by itself, lead to:
- Denial of services
- Unlawful price differences
- Unlawful reductions in service quality
- Retaliatory treatment
Some features may work differently if they depend on technologies you've chosen to turn off.
Request Processing Times
15 business days maximum for California opt-out requests
Where the California CCPA/CPRA applies, we process requests to opt out of sale or sharing as soon as we can and no later than 15 business days after we receive them, as California's regulations require.
Other privacy requests may have different response periods, depending on the law that governs the request.
Children and Personal Information
CloudBasedPOSSystem.com is built for business users and isn't designed for children. Our services are for people 18 years of age or older.
We don't knowingly sell or share children's personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
